Why can I not buy the same number again?
Updated 15 September 2026
While a number for a service and country is still open, we send you back to it instead of selling you a second one. A new number starts the wait again from zero, and the one you have may be about to receive its code.
If nothing arrives, “No code?” gets you a replacement from a different supplier for free. If you already cancelled, a new purchase for the same service and country is treated as a replacement and routed away from the supplier that did not deliver.
Once a code has arrived, you can buy the same service again as often as you like.
Did this solve it?
