Can I just cancel instead of waiting?

If the code is simply slow, waiting a little longer is the fastest way to it: most codes arrive within two minutes, and cancelling ends the one number that may be about to deliver.

If two minutes have passed with nothing, use “No code?” rather than cancelling. You get a different number at no extra cost, up to twice, and a refund automatically if none of them works.

Cancel & refund is the right choice when you picked the wrong service or country by mistake. It becomes available shortly after the number is handed out, and the money goes straight back to your balance.
