What if the service I need is not in the list?

Updated 4 September 2026

Search the service list and nothing comes back? Choose Not Listed instead. It is the one red entry in the list, marked with a crosshair rather than a logo, because it is not a company — it is the option for everything we have not named yet.

You do not have to go looking for it. When a search matches nothing else, Not Listed is what stays on screen, because that is the moment it exists for.

What you actually get

A working number that will accept a code from any sender, rather than one prepared for a particular company.

That is the only difference. It is an ordinary purchase at an ordinary price, available in almost every country we carry, and it lands in your numbers like anything else. The price depends on the country and is shown on the button before you buy.

When not to use it

If the service is in the list, pick the named entry rather than this one. For a named service we can draw on what we know about which numbers actually deliver for that company in that country. The general option has none of that history behind it, so it is a little likelier to need a second attempt. Named service if we have it, Not Listed if we do not.

If no code arrives

Nothing changes. Report it and you get replacement numbers, and a refund if none of them deliver — see My code has not arrived.

It is worth telling support what you were verifying. Services get added to the list on request, and once yours has a name it delivers better than the general option can.
