My code has not arrived. What should I do?
Updated 15 September 2026
Give it two minutes first. Most codes land well inside that, and reporting earlier only spends a number on a problem that is about to solve itself.
After two minutes the “No code?” button on your number becomes available. Tap it and we will either tell you what is likely wrong or move you to a different number.
What happens when you report it
- If your connection country and the number do not match, we tell you first — reconnecting is faster than starting over.
- Otherwise we move you to a different number at no extra cost. You can do that twice.
- If the second replacement also fails to deliver, we refund the activation automatically.
Please do not buy another number for the same service instead. A new number starts the wait again from zero, and the one you already have may be seconds away from its code.
You are never left paying for a number that did not work. If you picked the wrong service by mistake, use Cancel & refund once it becomes available and the money goes straight back to your balance.
